LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Henderson police officer is facing federal charges in an alleged stolen military equipment scheme.
A grand jury in the Western District of Tennessee indicted Officer Conrad Lillegard, accusing him of taking part in a conspiracy from January 2022 through this August.

Court documents say a group of five targeted high-grade night-vision and thermal goggles made exclusively for the Defense Department, stole the gear, and shipped packages from Tennessee to Lillegard in Henderson to resell.
He is charged with possession of stolen goods, conspiring to steal government property, and interstate transportation of stolen property.
Lillegard is on paid administrative leave and is set to appear in court Sept. 28.
