LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A man from Henderson has been indicted after allegedly making threats to kill Donald Trump.
Court documents show the FBI’s National Threat Operations Section received an emergency alert on Oct. 16 regarding several threatening YouTube posts.
The posts included threats to assassinate the President Donald Trump, carry out a mass shooting, and commit other acts of violence.

An investigation later identified the poster as Jason Randall Utlaut. On October 16, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department executed a search warrant at Utlaut’s Henderson home, where 15 firearms, together with multiple firearm magazines and ammunition were found and seized.
Officials say Utlaut is facing one count of threat against the President. If convicted, the maximum statutory penalty is five years in prison, they add.
An arraignment hearing is scheduled for November 18.
