LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Las Vegas Athletics visited Jack Dailey Elementary School on Friday to support students through two educational initiatives focused on literacy, learning and accessibility.

The visit began with A’s players helping students select books from the Clark County School District Book Bus, a mobile literacy initiative that distributes free books to children throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Players then read with students in the classroom and signed baseball cards.
