LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – During a Feb. 22 Staff Review meeting, the City of Henderson will consider a proposal for a new Chick-fil-A restaurant with no indoor seating.

According to a Feb. 12 project summary memo, the proposed building would be a new construction totaling 2,547 square feet on land that is currently unzoned and undeveloped. The proposed location is on the southwest corner of St. Rose Parkway and Gillespie Street.

The project summary said that the restaurant would have two drive-thru canopies, zero indoor seats and 24 patio seats. The proposed hours of operation would be 5:30 a.m to 11 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The proposal adds that Chik-fil-A intends to build 49 total parking spaces.

“We believe this Chick-fil-A restaurant will be an asset to the City of Henderson and will be well received by the surrounding community,” the company said in conclusion. The proposal is on Henderson’s Staff Review agenda during its upcoming Thursday morning meeting.
