LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — ECL Water Street announced Thursday it has purchased The Pass Casino, adding a third property to its portfolio on Water Street.
The acquisition joins The Pass with ECL’s existing casinos — Emerald Island and Rainbow Club — consolidating three Henderson gaming properties under one brand.
The Pass is scheduled to close Friday and then undergo renovations, according to the announcement.

Joe DeSimone, the former owner of The Pass, issued a statement in part Thursday.
“ECL Gaming has demonstrated a strong commitment to our community, and I am confident they will continue to invest in the success of The Pass for years to come,” DeSimone said.
