LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Golden Knights might have a little extra magic coming their way ahead of Game 2.
Golden Knights in-arena host Mark Shunock posted a video Thursday holding a Pope Leo Golden Knights jersey while in Rome.
The video then cuts to Shunock holding up the jersey as the pope passes by. Pope Leo gestures toward it, and someone from the motorcade later steps in to take the jersey.

The moment comes as the Golden Knights are set to face the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final in Raleigh on Thursday. Vegas leads the Eastern Conference champions 1-0 after a tight 5-4 win Tuesday.
