LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Henderson homeowner met a city deadline to drain a backyard pool near Deer Springs and Green Valley after neighbors complained for months about green, stagnant water they said posed a health hazard.

The homeowner was ordered to have the pool emptied by July 15 or risk a city crew doing it and sending him the bill. He met the deadline, and new FOX5 drone video shows the pool is now empty.
