LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of causing a jet ski crash at a southern Utah reservoir has been released on bail, according to court records.
Antonio Lewis, 23, is facing two felony charges of second-degree automobile homicide for negligently operating the vehicle resulting in death, alongside at least five misdemeanor boating violations.
According to an arrest report obtained by FOX5, Lewis was operating a jet ski with two women and a dog on board. Police said none of the riders were wearing life jackets.

Lewis later told police that the women had encouraged him to accelerate before he made a sharp left turn, sending everyone over board.
Neither of the female passengers resurfaced. An acquaintance of the victims later told police that one of the women was pregnant with twins.
Both bodies have since been recovered from the reservoir.
Park rangers also noted in the arrest report that Lewis smelled strongly of alcohol and had blood shot eyes after he was rescued from the water. He later admitted to taking multiple shots of tequila earlier in the day.
According to court records, he was ordered to check in with the court while released once in person and twice by phone every month.
He is due back in St. George District Court on Oct. 6, where he may appear virtually.
