LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A judge did not set bail Tuesday for a Las Vegas man accused of shooting and killing a coworker, though the court said that decision could be revisited at a later hearing.
Brysen Kim, 26, is charged in the death of Joey McLean, a fellow City of Las Vegas employee. During a bail hearing, attorneys played 911 calls from the day police say McLean was shot and killed.

Police said Kim called 911 himself after the shooting.
Investigators said a supervisor reported hearing the two men arguing before seeing Kim punch McLean and continue kicking him in the head as others tried to pull him away. Police said Kim then broke free, pulled out a gun and shot McLean in the head.
The judge ordered that Kim be held without bail for now. A future hearing could change the bail decision, the court said.
