LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The world champion Las Vegas Aces are partnering with UNLV to celebrate national girls and women in sports day.
On Wednesday, January 31 the Aces will host a free sports clinic for girls in the 8th grade or younger.
Coaches and players from the Aces, plus a handful of women’s teams at UNLV will take those students through different drills on the floor of the Thomas and Mack Center.
Doors will open at 5:15 p.m., with the clinic kicking off at 5:30 p.m.
The clinic will take place immediately before a Lady Rebels game where the Aces players plan to attend, as UNLV faces Wyoming.
