LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas police are responding to a barricade situation Friday morning in the southwest valley.
Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a domestic disturbance in the 9800 block of West Tropicana Avenue, near Grand Canyon Drive, around 3:12 a.m.

Police say one of the subjects involved are refusing to comply. The situation is being treated as a barricade.
The police are advising the public to avoid the area while the investigation is ongoing.
