Sports physicals are required for student athletes and participants in marching band and color guard. Families are encouraged to check school requirements ahead of training camps and summer practices.
What to bring
Students should bring all necessary forms and vaccination records. They should also bring glasses or contacts if worn, and medications taken regularly. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. EKGs are not included in the promotional price.
