LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a shooting that led to a crash east of the Las Vegas Strip near Flamingo and Maryland Parkway Thursday afternoon.

Police tell FOX5, the shooting occurred in the 4200 block of Escondido Street just before 2:30 p.m. and then caused a subsequent crash involving vehicles.

No injuries were associated with the shooting, however, three people have been taken to the hospital with injuries after a shooting turned car crash.
