LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Mariana’s Supermarkets has announced an Aug. 1 grand opening for its newest grocery store near the intersection of Flamingo and Pecos roads in the eastern Las Vegas Valley.
The locally based Hispanic supermarket chain announced the opening on social media. The event begins at 9 a.m. and will include specials, giveaways, live mariachi and gifts for the first 500 guests, according to a post on Instagram.

“Be among the first to explore our biggest, most modern location yet — with more parking and, as always, #MásSavings,” the chain said in the post.
Mariana’s recently closed its smallest store, located on Eastern Avenue at Flamingo Road, and relocated approximately one mile away to the former Food 4 Less space at Flamingo and Pecos roads. The new location is described as the chain’s largest store.
