LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Nevada State police says a motorcyclist riding recklessly has died due to their injuries.
NSP responded to the crash on Monday April 14, just before 1 p.m., at I-11 and the 215 in Henderson.
Officials reported a gray 2008 Honda CVR600 motorcycle was speeding and passing vehicles recklessly as they headed northbound. The rider attempted to pass two vehicles by driving between them. The rider then struck the vehicle on their right side and then left side.
The rider sped out from between both cars ultimately striking a pickup from behind.
Highway Patrol says the rider was ejected and taken to the hospital where they later died. The rider succumbed to their injuries two days later.
Nevada State Police are investigating the incident. According to officials there have been 20 fatal crashes on Southern Nevada highways in 2025 so far.
The Clark County Coroner’s office is expected to identify the rider.
