LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A truly rare sight unfolded at MountainView Hospital over the last day after hospital staff saw nine babies be born in a 24 hour span.
According to hospital officials, the nine babies were three sets of twins and one set of triplets, with their unique arrivals coinciding with the start of NICU Awareness Month on Tuesday, September 1.
Hospital officials add that one set of twins and the triplets will be spending time at MountainView’s Level III NICU but both mothers and babies are said to be doing wonderfully.
