LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Neon City Festival is returning to downtown Las Vegas Nov. 20-22, and organizers have announced the first headliners for this year’s event.

Hip-hop artist Fat Joe, electronic music artists Kaskade, Marshmello and Subtronics, and alternative rock group The Fray are the top-billed names. Additional headliners and the full lineup will be announced in the coming weeks.

The festival is presented in partnership with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Fremont Street Experience and Audacy. The free, all-ages event will transform downtown Las Vegas into what organizers describe as an open-air playground featuring live music, local food and beverage vendors, art installations and immersive entertainment experiences.

Festival history

Neon City Festival was created by downtown Las Vegas casino owner Derek Stevens with support from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. Jeff Victor was appointed as the festival’s CEO.

“This festival was designed to celebrate the vibrancy of downtown Las Vegas, and every year we continue to raise the bar,” said Stevens, creator of Neon City Festival. “This first look at our lineup is only the beginning, and we look forward to sharing even more exciting announcements in the weeks ahead.”

Steve Hill, president and CEO of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, said the festival has grown since its debut in 2024.

“Neon City Festival adds another exciting dimension to one of Las Vegas’ biggest weekends, giving visitors yet another compelling reason to experience the energy and character of downtown,” Hill said. “The festival has grown significantly since its debut in 2024, and we are grateful to the partners and downtown leaders whose collaboration brings it to life each year.”
