LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The North Las Vegas Police Department is investigating a Thursday afternoon shooting that left one man with life-threatening injuries.

At around 2:30 p.m., NLVPD officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 1900 block of Solana Del Norte Way. Arriving officers found an adult male, believed to be in his late 20s, suffering from a gunshot wound. Medical personnel responded to the scene and transported the man to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made. At this time, detectives believe this was an isolated incident.
