LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Prior to his death, O.J. Simpson signed his last will and testament, naming his longtime lawyer the executor of his estate.

The will was signed Jan. 25, 2024 and filed Friday by Cassady Law Offices in Las Vegas. Lawyer Malcolm LaVergne was named the executor of his estate with his son, Justin Simpson, as his successor.

In the will, Simpson said that his last wishes would be attached to his will, which reportedly describe his wishes regarding his remains. It also gives all his property to a trust. It also authorizes his lawyer to sell or transfer any of his property.
