LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Two ramps on the 215 and Summerlin Parkway interchange will be closed overnight Thursday into Friday for construction work.
The 215 southbound off-ramp to Summerlin Parkway and the Summerlin Parkway on-ramp to 215 southbound will be closed from 9 p.m. on June 4 to 5 a.m. on June 5.
AMPLIFIED: RTC’s Maryland Parkway Red Line project set to launch by end of August
The closure is needed to pour the deck on a pedestrian bridge over the Summerlin Parkway ramps.
Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling through work zones and take alternate routes when possible.
Construction schedules and travel impacts can change on short notice. Drivers are advised to check navigation apps such as Waze, Google Maps or Apple Maps for real-time information.
The 215/Summerlin Parkway interchange project includes the reconfiguration of interchange ramps, construction of a new flyover ramp from southbound 215 to eastbound Summerlin Parkway, new bridges, widening of the existing Summerlin Parkway bridge, and three new trail bridges to expand the City of Las Vegas Trail across the 215.
Project details and updates, including a schedule of upcoming lane restrictions, can be found on the project website at CC215SummerlinParkwayInterchange.com.
