LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The woman accused of shooting and killing a man during a photoshoot has agreed to plead guilty during a court appearance Tuesday.

Allysandra Blea has plead guilty to first-degree kidnapping and involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of Mark Gaughan, according to court records.

Both sides plan to recommend a sentence of five years to life in prison on the kidnapping charge, and prosecutors say they won’t oppose the manslaughter sentence being served concurrently.

The agreement also states that all other charges will be dismissed at sentencing.

Police say Blea, who was 20 at the time, shot and killed Gaughan during a photoshoot at a home near Washington Avenue and Decatur Boulevard in August 2025.

In an arrest report, officers said they found two Polaroid photos that appeared to show Blea holding a firearm and another girl holding a knife at the scene.

After the shooting, Blea told investigators it was accidental and said she believed the gun did not have a round in the chamber, police said.

Investigators later served a search warrant for Blea’s Meta accounts and reported finding conversations about firearms, including one message that read, “I wish I could shoot people with real guns and get away with it.”

Blea is scheduled to be sentenced in July.
