LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Clark County Coroner’s Office has identified the suspect in Tuesday’s fatal shooting of a Las Vegas police officer.
Online records link 21-year-old Angel Tywan Lucas Lindsey to the shooting that killed Officer Austin ‘Zade’ Abdelnabi near Mountain Vista Street and Hacienda Avenue.
The incident began just before 4 p.m., when officers responded to reports of a man waving the firearm near Tropicana Avenue and Mountain Vista Street.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Officer Abdelnabi was ambushed after responding to the scene and shot the moment he stepped out of his patrol vehicle.
Officers returned fire, killing the suspect.
A candlelight vigil honoring the fallen officer is scheduled for Friday night at Police Memorial Park.
