LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A pedestrian has been hospitalized Wednesday morning following a crash in the southern valley, police say.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a crash was reported near Flamingo and Hugh Hefner around 4:01 a.m. Police add that pedestrian was found unconscious at the scene and was taken to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.

The intersection has been shut down while an investigation is underway, and will remain closed until further notice.
Drivers are advised to expect delays.
