LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A pedestrian was transported to a hospital with serious injuries Sunday night following a collision at the intersection of Main Street and Washington Avenue, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Officers responded to the scene at approximately 9:34 p.m. following reports of a crash involving a pedestrian and an unknown vehicle.
Emergency medical personnel transported the injured pedestrian to a local hospital. Authorities stated it is currently unknown whether the injuries are life-threatening as investigators await a medical update.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area during the investigation.
