LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A pedestrian is dead and a driver is in custody on DUI charges following an early morning crash in Henderson Wednesday morning.

Officers with the Henderson Police Department responded to reports of the crash around 1:02 a.m. near Boulder Highway and Magic Way.
A pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene, and the driver was arrested on suspicious of DUI, police said.
Northbound Boulder Highway is closed at Magic Way while police investigate. Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
