LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — ShareDowntown, a downtown Las Vegas apartment brand, is marking the sixth anniversary of its first building with a limited-time leasing promotion running through Aug. 31.
The “Six Years, Six Weeks Free” offer includes six weeks of free rent on select units, waived application and administrative fees, and $250 off move-in costs for prospective tenants who tour and apply within 48 hours. Qualified renters can also receive a discounted security deposit of $63 — a reference to the 63 apartment homes in the original Arts District building.

About the development
ShareDowntown’s first building opened at Casino Center and Colorado Avenue six years ago this month, following pandemic-era business closures. Cherry Development launched the ShareDowntown brand in 2020 with the goal of adding housing options downtown and creating what it calls a “collaborative, connected community.”
The “Six Years, Six Weeks Free” promotion runs through Aug. 31. More information and online applications are available at sharedowntown.com.
