LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Six Nevada suspects charged with acting as fake electors in the 2020 presidential election have had their trial delayed until 2025.

The six defendants—James DeGraffenreid, Durward Hindle, Jesse Law, Michael McDonald, Shawn Meehan and Eileen Rice—appeared in Clark County District Court on December 18, 2023 via Zoom before Judge Mary Kay Holthus and entered pleas of not guilty. Each faces two felony charges: offering false instruments for filing on record and uttering forged instruments (forgery).

The trial was set to begin on March 11. But during a March 4 hearing, Judge Holthus reset that date for January 13, 2025.
