LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Detectives are investigating an apparent murder-suicide that occurred in the parking lot of a business in the 1800 block of East Lake Mead Boulevard.
North Las Vegas Police Department officers responded to the area at approximately 3:48 a.m. Sunday after receiving reports of two individuals inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds.

Officers located a white Toyota Highlander occupied by an adult male and an adult female. Both individuals appeared to have suffered gunshot wounds and were unresponsive.
Medical personnel responded to the scene and determined both individuals were deceased.
The identities, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office once next of kin notifications have been made.
