FOX5 learned at the time that she was released on parole on an arson conviction. The court ruled she will serve a consecutive term of 72-180 months in NDOC. A restitution of over $16K was ordered, and the court granted her 349 days credit for her time already served.

Police told FOX5 in March that there was “no indication at all” that the victim had any prior interaction with the suspect.
