LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police announced on Thursday morning that a 17-year-old was arrested in connection to a deadly apartment shooting from earlier this month.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting occurred on April 9 at 9:22 p.m. in the 2100 block of Club Pacific Way. A teenager was located at the scene suffering from gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead at UMC.
The Clark County Coroner identified the victim as Ah’Sioni Henderson, a 16-year-old from Las Vegas. His cause of death was identified as multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide.
Police have not identified the suspect, though have confirmed the 17-year-old is in custody. He was booked into the Clark County Juvenile Hall for open murder.
