LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Las Vegas Culinary Union announced that their members at the Venetian and Palazzo ratified their contract.
The union says the Las Vegas Strip is now 100 percent union and congratulates the 4,000 workers who now have a contract.
A union spokesperson says this is both hotels’ first-ever union contract.
