Las Vegas police make third arrest in unlicensed medical facility

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police made a third arrest for an unlicensed medical facility that practiced in the west valley.

Metro police made two arrests previously in late January, Ismael Rizo, 54, and Hector Cuba, 33. Monday, police say they arrested Carmen Corella-Redondo, 32, as another suspect.

Police say she was arrested Thursday. She was taken into custody and booked into the Clark County Detention Center for practicing medicine without a license, furnishing dangerous drugs without a prescription and other felony charges.

According to documents obtained by FOX5, police started to investigate the practice located in the 4500 block of Oakey Boulevard when multiple people came forward about getting ill after receiving treatments.

The victims said they turned ill after receiving injections.

Officers went undercover and found that dangerous drugs were being administered without a prescription. The investigation started back in September of 2024.
