Man accused of sexual assault while operating unlicensed massage business; police believe there may be more victims

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A man is accused of sexually assaulting at least one client while operating an unlicensed massage business out of his home. Investigators believe there may be more victims.

According to a release from Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officials, Eduardo Gregorio MartinezMillan, 58, is accused of operating an unlicensed massage therapy business in his home. Police said he would perform “sacral alignments,” which allegedly led to sexual assault.

Police said MartinezMillan advertised his services through business cards and word of mouth. Detectives were contacted July 20 by an individual who said she was sexually assaulted by MartinezMillan.

Investigators believe there may be more victims and ask anyone who believes they may have been a victim, or has information about potential victims, to contact the LVMPD Sexual Assault and Abuse Section at 702-828-2963 or by email. MartinezMillan was arrested July 20 and booked into the Clark County Detention Center. He faces charges of sexual assault, open and gross lewdness, and conducting business without a license. He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday. Bail is set at $100,000.
