LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas Metro police are investigating a crash involving a motorcyclist that ran a red light.
According to LVMPD, the collision occurred on Charleston and Merialdo near Durango Monday evening.
Police say a sedan was turning on Charleston when the rider rode through a red light and hit the drivers side of the car.
The rider was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials closed down the intersection as the investigation tool place. Roads have reopened at this time.
