Since Nevada Day falls on Halloween this year, there are plenty of chances to celebrate in costume!

Monster Mash on Main

Monster Mash on Main at The District at Green Valley Ranch, happening from 4 PM to 7 PM. This event promises:

  • Safe Trick-or-Treating: A secure environment for kids to collect their Halloween treats.
  • Costume Contests: Show off your best costumes for a chance to win prizes.
  • Pop-Up Shops: Discover unique vendors and special Halloween finds.
  • Roaming Monsters: Encounter friendly (and not-so-friendly) characters like Dracula and Frankenstein.

Halloween Safe Night

Located at the Pearson Community Center, welcoming all ages.

  • When: Friday, October 31, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Where: Pearson Community Center, 1625 W. Carey Ave.
  • Cost: Free and open to the public.
  • What: A safe and fun event for the whole family, featuring trunk-or-treating, games, crafts, a costume contest, and free refreshments (while supplies last). Sponsored by the City of Las Vegas and Clark County.

AREA15: A Hub of Halloween Excitement

AREA15 is pulling out all the stops for Halloween, offering a diverse range of experiences for all ages.

Tricks and Treats

  • When: Friday, October 31, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Where: AREA15 District-wide
  • Cost: Free to attend with RSVP. For $15/person, guests can also enjoy 20 tokens for Asylum Arcade, a ride on the Looper carousel, and access to Harvest Hollow.
  • What: Celebrate Nevada Day with family-friendly trick-or-treating and Halloween-themed entertainment. Children 12 and under receive a Tricks and Treats tote bag, and adult tickets include an entry to win four Access Level 2 Experience Passes.

ScAREA15: Strange Circus Featuring Valentino Khan

  • When: Friday, October 31, doors open at 9 p.m.
  • Where: Multiple venues across AREA15
  • Cost: Early bird tickets start at $31.56; VIP tickets are $120 and include expedited entry, VIP viewing, private bar service, and a complimentary drink. Table packages are also available.
  • Age: Guests must be 18+ with a valid ID to enter, and 21+ to consume alcohol.
  • What: AREA15 transforms into a multi-venue twisted big top with bone-rattling beats and sinister surprises. Headlining is internationally renowned DJ and producer Valentino Khan with his KHAN-O-WEEN performance. The night also features out-of-this-world performers, interactive photo ops, immersive art installations, festival-style vendors, and craft makers. Circus attire is encouraged!

The Composers Room: Haunted Brunch

  • When: Friday, October 31, at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
  • What: A unique “Haunted Brunch” experience featuring outrageous stage acts, themed cocktails, Bloody Marys, and a sinfully delicious buffet. Costumes are encouraged!

Harvest Hollow

Life in Death Festival

Celebrate the free “Life in Death” Festival this Saturday and Sunday at the Winchester Dondero Cultural Center. This beautiful Mexican tradition honors loved ones who have passed, featuring:

  • Live Performances: Enjoy cultural music and dance.
  • Ofrendas: Admire ornate altars dedicated to the dearly departed.
