LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A driver who was working on his car on the side of the 215 beltway was hit by another car Tuesday night, police say.
Officials with Nevada Highway Patrol said the crash happened just after 9 p.m. on 215 southbound just north of Ann Road. Police said a stranded motorist was working on his Infinity when the driver of a Kia hit him.

Police said the pedestrian was taken to the hospital. Officials did not immediately confirm his condition. The driver of the Kia was arrested at the scene for suspected impairment.
