LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Southern Nevada law enforcement, community members and victim families gathered on Sunday for the STOP DUI “Heroes & Handcuffs” ceremony, a tribute to lives lost to impaired driving and to those working to prevent it.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department honored Officer Kevin Barker for making 82 DUI arrests last year. Barker received a pair of handcuffs engraved with the name of a DUI victim, presented by the family of fallen LVMPD Officer Colton Pulsipher.
