LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Good Pie, the Brooklyn-style pizza brand known for its Grandma Pie, celebrated the grand opening of its newest location in the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa food court in Summerlin on Monday.
Guests enjoyed pizza, raffle giveaways, swag, and prizes—including free pizza for a year for the first three people in line.
Founder Vincent Rotolo and the Good Pie team handed out hats, T-shirts, tote bags, gift cards, and raffle prizes to guests.

Attendees also got the chance to sample Grandma pies, Brooklyn-style slices made with fresh mozzarella imported from New York, Detroit and Sicilian squares, plus the new White Pie Remix, which is only available at the Red Rock location.
Since opening in Downtown Las Vegas in 2018, Good Pie has continued to grow across the city, with locations in downtown Las Vegas and Henderson.
Good Pie at Red Rock is open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
