Stephanie Pauli is facing several charges of attempted murder and arson in connection to the incident.
Residents in the park spoke with FOX5 about the incident and shared Ring camera video of a woman, later identified as Pauli, setting fire to a bag and placing it outside an RV.
Residents also told FOX5 that they believed Pauli visited the park multiple times and set multiple fires over the course of the week. Often times, neighbors say they were forced to jump in to put out the fires before they spread any further.
She is due in court on Tuesday at 8 a.m.
