LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — EmployNV is inviting job seekers across Southern Nevada to a series of hiring events in July, offering opportunities to connect with employers in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.
Organizers encourage pre-registration through the EmployNV.gov online event calendar, though walk-ins will be accepted.

In North Las Vegas, Slim Chickens will host weekday hiring events from July 6 through July 24, running from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the EmployNV Career Hub, on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The company is hiring cashiers, cooks and team members for a new location, with pay ranging from $13 to $16 an hour.

In Las Vegas, Mariana’s Supermarkets will hold a hiring event Wednesday, July 8, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
EmployNV said the company is hiring for various positions at multiple locations across the valley. The hiring fair will take place at one of its new locations set to open on Flamingo Road.
Job seekers are encouraged to bring I-9 documents for potential on-the-spot hires, and EmployNV staff will be on site to assist with work-ready essentials.

Also on July 8, Walgreens will recruit customer service associates, pharmacy technicians and shift leads for positions across Las Vegas and the Strip.
That event runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the EmployNV Career Hub, on South Maryland Parkway. Pay is listed at $15 to $20 an hour.
Another hiring event is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, when MasterCorp will recruit housekeepers, housepersons and housekeeping supervisors.
EmployNV said the event includes on-the-spot hiring and will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the EmployNV Career Hub on South Maryland Parkway as well.
Pay is listed at $15 to $20 an hour, according to officials.
