LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Three suspects have been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting inside a Las Vegas Walmart on Tuesday, according to court records.

Raqiya Halima Smith and Ameea Raqiyya Blue were both arrested Wednesday, according to jail records, and are both facing charges of battery with a deadly weapon, disregard for the safety of persons or property, and conspiracy to commit battery in connection with the incident. Tyrone Kwame Swain was also arrested Tuesday, and is facing three misdemeanor counts of domestic battery and one felony charge of attempted coercion.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, police responded to reports of a fight involving multiple subjects at the Walmart near Boulder Highway and Nellis Boulevard.

The first arriving officer, identified Thursday morning as Officer Cristobal Magana, opened fire at an armed man exiting the store, killing him. Officers discovered a second male victim inside the store, who was transported to a nearby hospital and is currently in critical condition.

Police say they are still working to determine if there was any relationship between the gunman and the victim, as well as how many people were involved in the initial fight.

Smith and Blue are due in court on Thursday, July 23 at 9 a.m.
