LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of street racing a motorcycle before a crash that injured five people, including a child, pleaded not guilty in court on Wednesday.
Raudel Luna faces multiple charges, including reckless driving and child abuse, following the June 27 crash near Lake Mead Boulevard and Walnut Road.
According to his arrest report, Luna was speeding in an Infiniti when he struck a Nissan turning left in the intersection. Police included a photo in the report showing Luna’s car racing a motorcycle moments before the collision.

The crash sent five people to the hospital. Luna and two of his passengers, including a 4-year-old boy, suffered minor to serious injuries. The driver of the Nissan sustained life-threatening injuries, and a passenger was also hospitalized.
As of Friday, no update on their conditions have been released.
Luna, who is currently out on bail, is scheduled to return to court in October.
