LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Two people were shot in the east Las Vegas area Tuesday morning, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said.
Around 8:12 a.m. at the 3000 block of Tropicana Avenue between Eastern and Pecos Road, police said two people were struck by gunfire. Police told FOX5 both people are receiving medical treatment but did not confirm their conditions.
Police said they believe it’s an isolated incident and there are no road closures in the area.
“This is an ongoing investigation,” police said.
