LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — BTS will perform four nights in Las Vegas over the next week as part of their Arirang World Tour, and local businesses and fans are preparing for the influx of visitors.

One fan said there are many fan-made and professionally made events from BTS, creating opportunities and different things people can do.

Businesses staff up for expected crowds

Pho Concept in Chinatown said they are staffing up ahead of time and stocking extra inventory to keep up with the crowds.

The restaurant said they have to double, triple or four times their regular normal conditions, and are adding more staff in the back and behind the scenes.

Other shops in the area are making similar plans, all expecting a surge this weekend. Small businesses in Chinatown are talking about BTS and welcoming the group.

For some Asian-American fans, this moment is bigger than a concert. One fan said it has made them really proud and that they need recognition.

Fans say the experience extends beyond the stadium, including the chance to spot BTS out around town. One business owner said BTS might come to their concept.

For many fans, this has been years in the making. One fan said their aunt got tickets for their 20th birthday, and they have dreamed of meeting BTS since 2013.

BTS will perform at Allegiant Stadium this weekend and again next week on Wednesday and Thursday.
