LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man U.S. marshals say terrorized people in Philadelphia and was arrested in Las Vegas is no longer in custody, police say.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to FOX5 Zymire Hughes, 22, is no longer in custody.
He was wanted by the Philadelphia Police Department for aggravated assault.

LVMPD previously released video showing Hughes’s arrest.
U.S. Marshals took him into custody at an apartment complex along Boulder Highway.
Hughes is accused of terrorizing bystanders and disrupting the peace in Philadelphia’s downtown area while wearing a “Chucky” mask.
FOX5 is working to confirm with U.S. Marshals if Hughes is being extradited to Philadelphia.
