LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Speedway Children’s Charities are calling on Southern Nevadans to help save lives by donating blood at a community blood drive with Vitalant.
The event will take place on Friday, June 19 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Speedway’s Infield Media Center, located at 7000 Las Vegas Blvd N.
Organizers say community blood drives are critical and a single donation can help multiple people in need.
To thank donors, participants will receive a voucher redeemable for two complimentary tickets to the South Point 400 NASCAR Playoff race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sunday, Oct. 4.

In addition, donors who give blood during the month of June and use code JUNEGIFT-2026-V when scheduling will receive a $15 Rewards gift card through Vitalant’s Donor Rewards Program.
Appointments are encouraged and can be scheduled online, using sponsor code L1101. Appointments can also be booked on Vitalant mobile app, or calling 877-25-VITAL (877-258-4825).
The blood drive is part of Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s ongoing support for Southern Nevada, working with Vitalant and Speedway Children’s Charities.
Donors must be enrolled in the Vitalant Donor Rewards Program to receive the gift card incentive.
