LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Clark County Fire Department crews are investigating reports of smoke in the hallways of Sunrise Pediatrics at 3061 S. Maryland Parkway on Sunday.
Fire officials said no signs of active fire have been found. Crews will remain on scene until the source of the reported smoke is identified.

No patients required treatment or transport as a result of the incident, according to the department.
Officials asked the public to avoid the area, as traffic may be impacted while crews continue their work.
