LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A driver is in the hospital and facing DUI charges Monday morning after a rollover crash near downtown Las Vegas, police say.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the crash occurred when the driver’s vehicle hit a parked car in the 1000 block of Oakey Boulevard, near 10th Street, around 3:53 a.m.

The crash caused the driver’s vehicle to roll over.
Police say the driver is suspected of impairment and was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.

All roads in the area have since reopened, but an investigation into the crash is ongoing.
