This comes after officers issued 18 citations and towed 13 dirt bikes and electric dirt bikes during an enforcement operation in May.

Officials add that illegal dirt bikes and e-motorcycles can contribute to serious or fatal crashes and are not legal to ride anywhere in the City of Henderson.

As summer continues, anyone caught riding these illegal devices can expect citations and immediate towing.
