LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — International gelato chain Anita Gelato has opened a location at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.
The family-owned company, which operates 28 locations across the United States, Australia, Spain, Cyprus and England, is making its Las Vegas debut at the resort at 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. South.
About the menu
Anita Gelato offers more than 150 rotating, handmade flavors made in-store daily. The menu includes gelato flavors such as Milk Chocolate Salted Pretzel, White Chocolate and Pistachio, and Salted Almonds and Caramel. Flavors are served in wafer cones with toppings including house-made jams, syrups, fresh fruits and other additions.

The menu also includes dairy-free sorbets, soy-based vegan ice creams, a no-added-sugar option, low-fat frozen yogurts and a selection of coffees and hot chocolate.

Background
Anita Gelato was founded in 1998 by Anita Avitall and her son Nir, who crafted small-batch gelato using family recipes. In 2002, Nir and his brother Adi opened the company’s first ice cream parlor in Tel Aviv. The Las Vegas location is the brand’s first in the city.
Hours and location
The Las Vegas location is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Friday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m.
